The Premier Luxury Room Two Double Beds was spacious and clean, offering great views. However, I waited over 30 minutes for my car from the valet, which was frustrating given the hotel's busy weekend. The service team tried their best, but they seemed overwhelmed. An easily accessible store within the hotel would help guests get snacks late at night since the lounge closes early.
